White comedy bros will forever insist that no topic is Koreatoo sensitive to joke about, which is how we ended up with tasteless Kim Kardashian commentary from two of late night's biggest hosts.
As the Huffington Post noted, on Monday night's Conan, Conan O'Brien used Kardashian's Paris robbery as fodder for an opening monologue joke: "No one was hurt, but at a mansion in Paris, Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint. Kim was bound and gagged, then the robbers broke in."

Get it? Because the robbers were likely French and French women all have unshaved armpits and Les Misérables is a novel about French people?
"Right now, Ryan Lochte is on the set of Dancing With the Stars, praying that Kim made the whole thing up."
On Monday, chilling details about the crime came to light. TMZ reports that gunmen dressed in police uniforms zip-tied and duct taped her wrists, gagged her and left her in a bathtub while they escaped with millions of dollars in jewelry. She reportedly told police that she'd begged for her life and feared for her safety.
While late night comedy writers were poring over the best way to turn her experience into a laugh, Kardashian was returning to New York to be with her family.
Even YouTube commenters -- a community of people whose bar for what's offensive is laughably low -- thought the monologues might have gone too far.
