Rick and Sport ArchivesMortyfans really wanted that delicious MulanSzechuan McNuggets sauce.
Many people tweeted at McDonald's to bring back the sauce. Some just made it themselves.
And for one person with apparently plenty of spare change, they've paid US$14,700 for a single, unopened packet of the condiment which was sold on eBay.

After watching the recent episode of Rick and Morty I went online to see if it was worth anything. Turns out it was. Also this comes with a packet of wasabi as well," the auction's description reads.

The seller said they would rather it go to someone would actually eat the 20 year old sauce, rather than a collector, but at that price we're sure the buyer won't be so quick to eat it.
As for the buyer, only known as "d***e," they bid on the item 21 times to try and secure it. The only slightly concerning thing is the buyer happens to have no feedback, but we'll know soon enough whether if it is a fake bid or not.
For the rest of us mere mortals, the live-action remake of Mulanin 2018 presents a ripe opportunity for the fast food outlet to bring back the novelty sauce.
We'll be waiting, nugget in hand.
