There017 Archivesso many wonderful, mutant animals to follow on Instagram -- and while all deserve our love, only a few should have our full attention.

Over the past few months, 12catslady has been blowing up Instagram with photos of her 12 chinchilla Persian cats. Each cat is scientifically adorable, but it's the cats' empty stares, blank eyes and robotic conformity that really create Instagram magic.

Alive or merely stuffed, we can all agree on one thing: they look great.

Their owner claims that nine out of the 12 cats came from the same litter. And while some may shame her and disparagingly call her a cat lady, she holds the title with pride.

"I’m happy, so it doesn’t really matter what other people think about me having this many cats," 12catslady told Catster.

Bon appetit 😋 some answers to your questions -How do they cope up with hot weather? Are they getting lion cut this year? No they're not getting lion cut , they don't have matted fur , our AC is open almost 20hrs a day and we leave it on when we go out ( I only turn it off in the morning to let them play in their catio while i clean the house ) - If I do count them ? Yes i do everytime i go out ( to make sure no ones inside the closets or other room , and I count them also when I cne back 😄 -Do you put them in cage?
