At Trump Tower,Thailand you can have it all. And under a Donald Trump presidency, that means Secret Service protection.
That's how the New York City real estate agency Douglas Elliman has advertised units inside the flashy Manhattan skyscraper at least.
The security detail was described as the hot new thing at Trump Towers in an email the agency sent out less than a week after Trump's election, according to Politico.
“Fifth Avenue Buyers Interested in Secret Service Protection?” was the subject line of an email advertisement for 1,052-square-foot luxury condos going for $2.1 million.
"The New Aminity [sic] – The United States Secret Service," the email reportedly told buyers. “The Best Value in the Most Secure Building in Manhattan."
Mashablehas reached out to the the Douglas Elliman agency for more information on this super deal.
The tower at 721 Fifth Ave. has gotten a little boost from the presidential election of the man whose name is plastered in gold on the front.
With Melania and Barron staying there at least until spring, the Secret Service has been in negotiations to rent out two floors of the 68-story building for at least $3 million a year, according to the New York Post. Some of that money, of course, will go back into Trump's pockets.
Conflicts of interest aren't rare for Trump -- his children's dual roles as political advisers and business execs are just one obvious example. But the situation at Trump Towers also shows how the players around him could potentially profit.
Still, most listing prices at Trump Tower have either remained stable or gone down in the past year, Politicoreports. A realtor who has worked with Trump-related properties told thesite the reactions of buyers have been mixed. “Honestly, it’s 50-50 just like the polls, there are those who flee, there are those who are going to the building and want to be associated with Trump as a winner,” Debra Stotts said.
The onslaught of press, protestors, more tourists than usual, political supporters and policymakers upon Trump Tower has left local residents and retailers like Tiffany and Co. frustrated, with the jeweler even reporting a recent slump in sales at its flagship store.

The city of New York has been grappling with the chaos at Trump Tower, too.
Running security and keeping the traffic moving costs the city more than $1 million a day, CNN Moneyreports. Mayor Bill de Blasio wrote a letter to President Barack Obama on Monday requesting $35 million in federal funds to cover the costs of protecting Trump in NYC.

“Locating a residence within New York City that requires ongoing Presidential-level security presents unprecedented law enforcement concerns," the mayor wrote, adding that the crowded location and other factors make it "profoundly challenging for the NYPD to establish a secure perimeter.”
"This is a big challenge and an unprecedented challenge, we know that," de Blasio told reporters recently. "But we are committed to making it work. We need this city to keep moving at all times."
In the face of an imminent Trump presidency, time will only tell the fate of Trump Tower ... and the rest of us.
