Justin Bieber won't be The Exotic Time Machine (1998)allowed to perform in China for the foreseeable future, because he's behaved badly.
It seems the pop star's antics haven't gone down well with authorities.
In a response to a fan's query published on its website, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture said this week, Bieber was too "controversial" to be allowed to play in the country.

In response, the culture bureau said: "Justin Bieber is a talented singer, but also controversial.
"We hope that he will reform in time to come."
"As a public figure, he's had a series of bad behaviour, which upset people. To keep the industry orderly, it's not appropriate to introduce badly behaved artists.

Last year, Bieber smacked an overeager fan in the mouth, leaving him with a bloodied lip.
From onstage outbursts, bar fights, to reckless driving, the pop idol has earned himself quite the collection of bad press over the past couple of years.
China may have banned his performances, but things are far more grave in Argentina, where he's been indicted for a 2013 incident involving his bodyguards beating up a photographer.
At least the Biebs has expressed a desire to eventually better himself in time. Perhaps that's one thing he and the Chinese government can agree on.
