Campaign for Equality's latest YouTube campaign aims to draw the issue of marriage equality back into the spotlight, through sweet, personal anecdotes and stories of love and family.
Co-chair of Australians for Equality, Anna Brown said the campaign is a fresh break from the negative impact of controversial plebiscite.
"Our campaign reminds people of the importance but also the beauty of the cause. We are promoting some of the greatest human values -- love respect and happiness," Brown said in a statement via email.
Alex Greenwich, co-chair of Australian Marriage Equality spoke of the need for a resolute push from Australia's lawmakers, saying "our campaign will be about reminding our MPs that fairness and equality are at the heart of Australian society.
"We believe our laws should reflect these values of which we are most proud. It's time for all Australians to be treated equally under the law, with the full rights of equal citizenship," he said.
"This will be a campaign reaching out to every LGTBI [sic] person and remind them that they are the single most influential person in the space they live in," said Brown.
Australians are being called upon to register their support for the campaign with donations, personal stories of their own and a real-time commitment to respect and acceptance in their communities.
