The cutting eroticismLos Angeles Chargers and Baltimore Ravens square off on Sunday in Baltimore for what should be a terrific game in the NFL's Wild Card weekend. But one Charger has already heard enough from Ravens fans for one lifetime.
The Chargers' star running back Melvin Gordon caught an Uber ride from a diehard Ravens fan and took to some good natured, light-hearted smack talking with a twist: the driver had no idea who Gordon was. And, lucky for us, Gordon captured it on video.

Gordon can be seen smiling as the unseen driver rolls out all the reasons why the Ravens will beat the Chargers and claiming that Ravens rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson (a Heisman Trophy winner) is superior to the Chargers' future Hall of Famer Philip Rivers.
When Gordon asks the driver, "What about that running back, that Melvin Gordon kid?" the driver is plenty complimentary, much to Gordon's delight. The driver says, "Oh yeah he's something, he's something."
But it's even more delightful when Gordon eventually reveals his identity to the driver who asks for an autograph and a selfie. We'll see who's right about the match-up when the Chargers and Ravens square off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday.
UPDATE: Jan. 6, 2019, 2:06 p.m. EST The post originally referred to the Chargers as being from San Diego. This has been corrected.
