Did Eric Trump learn nothing from Justin Timberlake?Japan
SEE ALSO: Here's where you can and can't snap that ballot selfieIn a since deleted tweet, the son of GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump posted what appeared to be a photo of his own presidential ballot on Twitter. Thankfully, the internet never forgets and you can see his photo below.
Here's the thing: As we noted earlier today, New York is one of many states which has a law against such photos. Politiconotes that such a transgression is punishable with a fine of up to $1,000 and a year in prison.
The issue of these ballot photos has been a hot one this year, with social media platform Snapchat jumping on board in support of the practice.
So Eric Trump just got a little too pumped about voting for dad (not that we expected him to vote otherwise) and jumped on the ballot selfie bandwagon. It makes sense. After all, the Trump children weren't able to vote for Donald in the New York primary.
But will any of the other Trump kids follow suit? All eyes are on you, Tiffany.
