New video from the night of Kim Kardashian West's robbery seems like positive news,Lily LaBeau Archives until you find out that it was footage taken without her consent in her apartment after she was violently assaulted.
TMZ reports that French authorities are currently investigating a video of Kardashian West taken shortly after police arrived on scene that was circling around the internet this week before her lawyers had it removed. The person who took the video hasn't been publicly identified.

Since it was taken during a private moment in her home without her consent, the video is illegal and any further distribution of the footage is punishable, her lawyers argue.
Kardashian West is continuing her social media blackout following the traumatic incident. Her only online activity so far has been scaling back the number of accounts she follows on Twitter from 121 to 108.
Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which was put on hold after the robbery, has wrapped. While her sisters posted Instagrams from the Season 12 wrap party, Kim skipped the event.
