Samsung's Galaxy S20 Ultra's 6.9-inch,Dear Utol (2025): Totoy Bayo Episode 38 Dynamic AMOLED display is the best of any smartphone right now, at least according to display specialists at DisplayMate.
It's hardly surprising; Samsung has been making fantastic OLED display for years. But it appears the company has really pushed the envelope with the S20 Ultra's display.
In particular, the folks at DisplayMate praise the S20 Ultra's calibration accuracy and performance, calling it "visually indistinguishable from perfect." The display is also very bright (14 percent brighter than the one on the Galaxy S10), very readable in high ambient light conditions, and extremely smooth thanks to its 120Hz refresh rate.

SEE ALSO: Here's everything Samsung announced at its Unpacked eventThere's no mention of the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20 Plus, which will likely get separate treatment, but it's fair to assume these phones have equally stellar displays as well.
Mashable's Brenda Stolyar has had hands-on time with all three devices (we'll have a full review soon), and she found the displays to be visually stunning and snappy when it comes to touch response rate.
Do note that, at 6.9 inches, the Galaxy S20 Ultra is one of the largest smartphones around, which may not suit everyone's hands. Also, the S20 Ultra's price tag of $1,399 is fairly likely to cause a mist of tears, which might negate some of the display's qualities.
