The Lost Password ‹ Watch Erotic Adult Movies 18+ Online Free — WordPressDrake and Pusha T beef may be old news, but we're still feeling the heat from fiery allegations stirred up during the back-and-forth — and now we finally have answers.
In multiples tracks off his new album Scorpion, Drake confirms what investigative journalist/rapper Pusha T revealed on his diss track "The Story of Adidon": Drake does indeed have a son.
SEE ALSO: Drake's 'I'm upset' video is basically one massive 'Degrassi' reunionThe first mention of his firstborn comes on Scorpion's fourth track, "Emotionless."
"I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world / I was hiding the world from my kid / From empty souls who just wake up and looked to debate / Until you starin' at your seed, you can never relate," he raps on the track.
The album's final song, "March 14," is where Drake goes into more detail about the day he found out that he would be a father.
"Yesterday morning was crazy / I had to come to terms with the fact that it's not a maybe / That shit is in stone, sealed and signed / She not my lover like Billie Jean but the kid is mine," he explains.
Later in the song, Drake references the fractured relationship between his parents. He raps that over the years, he has admonished his mother and father for not being together — and yet, now he is a single father and trying to co-parent in a similar fashion.
"I'm out here on front lines just making sure I see him sometimes / It's breaking my spirit / Single father, I hate when I hear it / I used to challenge my parents on every album," he raps. "Now I'm embarrassed to tell them I ended up as a co-parent / Always promised the family unit / I wanted it to be different because I've been through it."
On the same song, Drake also explains that he celebrated the positive DNA testing and addresses the majority of the second half of the verse directly to his son.
Reactions to the confirmation were hilarious, of course.
